Bubur Lambuk Semakau
Ramadan to us is a time of togetherness. On this special month, we would like to extend to you the love and support we have been receiving in the last few months – through food. Because we can’t think of a better time to show our appreciation to our friends and neighbours.
Using our grandmother’s recipe she learnt while living on the island, Mdm Nooraini, daughter and a native-born of Pulau Semakau will be whipping up our family’s much-loved Bubur Lambuk Ikan Tenggiri (spiced fish porridge with mackerel) to welcome Ramadan.
Come by, say hi and collect a bowl from us!

This is a free initiative by our family to celebrate the month of Ramadan. As quantities are limited, reservations will be required. One portion of Bubur Ikan will be allocated per reservation, per person. 💚
